Back before Facebook was "Facebook" and when hashtags were still pound signs we launched the original social influencer campaign, The Fiesta Movement. The original movement generated such high pre-launch awareness for the new nameplate that when the redesigned Fiesta rolled up a few years later we got the band back together. For eight months prior to the launch, 100 influencer "agents" in pre-production Fiestas created and shared content which we used to introduce the car to an even wider audience than the first go round. And thanks to tent-pole partnerships with X-Games, American Idol, and Bonnaroo we were able to reach millions more. Social media loves stories and we had thousands to tell. As a matter of fact, here are a few hundred thousand of them.
